As a lifestyle and wedding photographer, I know this all too well. I’ve felt the need for an accessible, destination location for shoots. Enter Blackwater Place, my creative oasis. I’ve curated the equipment that I love, from light kits to backdrops, so that you don’t have to. You can show up and create, owning the space and not having to worry about anyone else other than your clients.
My favorite part might be the grounds! The tall grasses and wildflowers take me back to my roots and make my heart skip a beat! Pause and take a breath, create and soak up this little piece of my heaven.

No. We require a minimum of 2 hours per booking on all days except Monday & Tuesdays.
Yes, along with providing proof of business insurance before your first session is complete.
You will be issued a personal keycode that will expire after you have used the studio.
You may add a la carte time only if no one is scheduled after you. An invoice will be sent to you for the additional time you have used and is payable within 7 days.
There are 30 minute buffers given between Studio rental each session.
